We are looking for a commercially driven CRM Lead to take ownership and drive player retention, engagement, and lifetime value across our brands. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing CRM strategy execution, leading a team of 2-3 CRM Specialists, and directly influencing over 80% of company revenue through data-driven lifecycle marketing, automation, and promotional planning. This role is for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on CRM execution experience in online gaming or sports betting and is ready to own performance. The role is based in Malta and the selected candidate will work closely with the CRM, VIP team, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Implement CRM strategies for all verticals and users, ensuring alignment with the Head of CRM’s overall vision for our brands.
- Oversee planning, execution, and performance analysis of our brands.
- Align with the Head of CRM and develop targeted engagement strategies to reduce churn and re-engage inactive players.
- Leverage data insights to refine retention tactics and drive increase of revenue.
- Work closely with all the marketing teams to enhance customer experiences and increase the reach of the CRM promotions
- Coach and develop the CRM specialists, improving their operational effectiveness and professional skills.
- Identify bottlenecks in CRM operations and work together with the PM and Head of CRM to implement efficiency-driven solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of CRM experience in iGaming, Sports Betting, or Online Casino.
- 1+ year in a leadership or senior CRM role.
- Proven track record of managing revenue-driven CRM campaigns.
- Experience managing direct reports.
- Strong experience with CRM tools - Optimove will be considered an asset.
- Advanced segmentation and lifecycle management experience.
- Strong understanding of bonus mechanics and promotional structures.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaigns.
- Strong understanding of player behaviour and retention drivers.
